The 38th issue of Nuqta-e-Nazar is now published. Being brought out diligently by senior IPS associate Dr Safir Akhtar for more than last 19 years, the bi-annual journal provides in-depth reviews and commentaries on Urdu books, especially on the topics of Islam and Pakistan.

This series of books is a revised version in modern Urdu language of the classic Islami Nazriya-e-Hayat by Professor Khurshid Ahmad published in 1963, several editions of which have been published since then.

Policy PerspectiveThe special edition of Policy Perspectives – a peer-reviewed flagship journal of Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Islamabad; covering assorted topics concerning nuclear South Asia and the strategic stability – has been published now and is widely available for the readers.

tehree azadit‘Tehreek-e-Azadi-e-Kashmir: Badalte Halaat aur Pakistan ki Policy’ (The Freedom Movement of Kashmir: Changing Circumstances and Pakistan’s Policy) – a book by renowned scholar, former senator, and Chairman, Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad, Professor Khurshid Ahmad has been published by the Institute’s publishing arm IPS Press.
